At the altitude of 1200 meters, the air is thinner and cooler during the day and often cold at night and the mountain woodlands provide a smooth light penetration.
These natural effects provide the coffee beans to enjoy a long, slow maturation that gives Pico Alto Coffee a full body and aroma that mass produced coffee cannot match.
100% HIGH GROWN COFFEE
Just as a fine wine needs time to age, a coffee bean needs a long, slow growing season in which to develop all the subtleties and nuances of flavor of which it is capable.
Our Pico Alto coffee is 100% High Grown coffee made only from beans grown the traditional way at an altitude of 1200 meters and more.

The great thing about Pico Alto Drip Coffeeis the fact that it is totally customizable. Richer coffee? Add some time to the brew! Pour a bit slower and use a longer bloom stage. Lighter coffee? Speed up the process! Use more water while pouring a bit faster.
