Pico Alto Siphon Coffee Maker

A siphon coffee maker is a full immersion brewing system. The first chamber of the system uses a direct heat source to create a vacuum (siphon) in one room by forcing the water upwards and into the other room. Hot water permeates the coffee grounds, and the infusion then flows into the lower chamber.

The siphon brew method improves the aroma of coffee than any other brew method. You will get an extremely clean and bright cup, no trace of the coffee grounds left at the bottom of the cup after finishing it. It's really fun to watch while brewing. It is so fascinating to see art and science in action.
